Roberto Ghiozzi was born in Livorno (Tuscany) in 1945. He is music therapist. He is the founder of the school of thought: Musicoterapia Umanistico Trasformativa.
He was praised for his honesty and seriousness, stating that Ghiozzi is particularly skilled at representing a wide range of human experience in his music. As an essayist he published many books.
